Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! (If you can’t see your country, please contact us.)

At Genius Clothing & Footwear, we aim to have your purchase shipped the same day on orders received by midday GMT or next day on orders placed afterwards (Mon-Thurs, excluding local holidays).

All orders are sent by courier or International Registered Post and require a signature on delivery. You will be sent a tracking number and will be able to monitor to progress of your order .

Typical Shipping:

UK and Ireland 3/4 working days

Europe: 7-10 working days

Worldwide: 2/3 weeks (usually less)

€5 delivery on all orders. Most items arrive within 3/4 working days. All UK deliveries are carried out by our partner courier company DPD. For your peace of mind we will provide you with a tracking number and your item will require a signature on delivery.

€10 delivery on all orders. Normally 7-10 working days. European deliveries are carried out via International Registered Post. For your peace of mind we will provide you with a tracking number and your item will require a signature on delivery.

€25 delivery on all orders. Please allow up to 21 days.  Worldwide deliveries are carried out via International Registered Post. For your peace of mind we will provide you with a tracking number and your item will require a signature on delivery.



Returns

Yes! If you are not completely happy with your purchase send it back and we will refund you the purchase price, simply fill out the returns slip, and post the item in its original condition, unused with all packaging and tags within 14 days of receipt of your order to:

For your safety and security, we accept payment by PayPal only. Paying by PayPal has never been easier, even if you don’t have an account, you can pay via PayPal using your Debit or Credit Card as a guest at the checkout. There is no need to register with PayPal to use this feature. PayPal ensures your information remains secure at all times, we never have access to your debit/credit card details.

Loyalty Card

Our regular customers can can sign up in store for the Genius loyalty card and earn points every time they shop in their favourite store. Cardholders receive 1 point for every €1 spent.
There are some terms & conditions:

  • The Genius Loyalty Card scheme is promoted by Genius Ltd, 6A Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, Clarendon St, Dublin 2.
  • DATA PROTECTION: We will never share your details with anyone. Your contact details are for our records only. Occasionally we will email you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice to help you choose products that are right for you.
  • Points will be added to a valid Genius Loyalty Card at the time of purchase. On rare occasions we will add points at a later date, at our discretion. Earned points cannot be redeemed by purchasing Gift Vouchers.
  • We reserve the right to remove points from Genius Loyalty Cards that haven’t been used for 2 years from the date of the last use.
  • Genius can change, cancel or withdraw any of the terms and conditions at any time.
  • All Loyalty Cards belong to Genius. We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme, including withholding points previously credited to your account.
  • We will not exchange Genius Loyalty Card points for cash.
